Why we love Scottsdale’s historic district

Scottsdale’s Historic District combines all the cool elements that made Scottsdale the envy of Arizona decades ago with the innovative commercial, event, tourism, arts, and resort features that have been added to the West’s Most Western Town since then.

It’s home to the iconic Old Town Scottsdale, the Arts District, the Indian Bend Wash, many if not most of the cool events that locals and visitors alike love, the Waterfront, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and all the restaurants and entertainment venues that have made Scottsdale famous. It includes the Green Belt, Villa Monterey and Old Town Scottsdale.

It’s also the most affordable part of town, even with all those amenities and fun. And it’s a great recreation, family, young adult, and retired environment – lots of things to do, easy to get around, and a wide range of housing.
