Alycia Robins is an agent and the broker for aart of Real Estate in Scottsdale. She began helping Arizona buyers and sellers when she became an Arizona licensed Realtor in 2004.
She came to Arizona in 1992 after growing up in New Jersey and attending the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Since then Alycia has developed a true understanding and appreciation for all that the Phoenix area has to offer.

Carefree is my favorite Arizona community for those who love beautiful Sonoran Desert vistas, big Western skies and sunsets, and wide open lush landscape near to the state's largest metro area.
Carefree, as the name promises, is a laid-back and luxury town due north of the better known Scottsdale. It's home to large lot custom homes and minutely designed luxury master-planned communities. It's an active community, with a quaint and fun downtown, cooler tempeatures thanks to its higher altitude and lots of open space. Those who like golf, tennis, hiking and other outdoor recreation will be right at home in Carefree.
