Why we love Arcadia

Arcadia is the sweetest spot in the Valley real estate market, with luxury and semi-luxury custom homes on large, grassy lots situated in the middle of highly regarded areas such as Paradise Valley, Biltmore and Scottsdale.

The area has a strong identity, with its own newspaper, high school, and history. You can tell how envious its neighbors are by how much they try to hitch-hike on the Arcadia name. 

You won’t find a lot of commerce within the actual boundaries of Arcadia, but it is so well situated that matters little. It’s a skip and a jump to all the restaurants, retail, entertainment, and outdoor activity that surround it.

Home in Arcadia are generally large, as are the lots, and they are as varied in design and function as any place in the country. Appreciation has been substantial, but it’s a neighborhood with so many wanna-be residents that should continue, or at least hold.
